Mary Vogel is the founding Executive Director of the Labor-Management Construction Safety Alliance, TCI’s predecessor organization, and has retained this position with TCI. She came to CSA with 15 years’ of experience providing legal representation to building trades unions and managing other construction-oriented nonprofit organizations.

Prior to working for TCI, Ms. Vogel was the Executive Director of the Asbestos Victims Special Fund Trust, a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia that provided benefits to victims of asbestos-related disease or their families who were unable to obtain compensation through legal claims. She had previously served as General Counsel to the Sheet Metal Occupational Health Institute in Washington, DC, and as an associate in the labor law firms of Sherman, Dunn, Cohen. Leifer. and Counts PC in Washington, DC and Cohen, Weiss and Simon in New York, NY.   
 
Ms. Vogel received her law degree cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington DC where she helped found the Equal Justice Foundation, and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Sociology/Social Work. She is in her second term on her local School Committee.
 
Christina Chatalian

Christina Chatalian joined TCI in 2008. Christina has extensive broadcast and corporate communications experience. Christina was an anchor and reporter for WSTM -TV NBC 3 prior to joining TCI and also reported for WB 56 in Boston, WNDS-TV 50 in New Hampshire, WVNY-TV 22 ABC in Vermont and wrote news for WHDH-TV 7 in Boston.  Christina also wrote, produced and anchored news at several radio stations in Massachusetts. Christina's broadcast segments have appeared nationally on CNN.   
 
In addition to Christina's broadcast news experience, she worked in Corporate Communcations for Bose Corporation and contracted with several other companies managing marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns. Projects she has been involved with have received national awards.
 
Christina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emerson College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Endicott College with an Associate of Science Degree in Radio/Televison.        
 

Christina is a marathon runner completing the Boston Marathon in 2005 rasing money for the American Heart & Stroke Foundation. She also ran the Boston Marathon in 2007.

Lynn Stipo has been with TCI since it was founded as the CSA in 1998. As the Administrative Assistant, she is responsible for assisting the Executive Director and Communications Coordinator with the implementation of all TCI programs, and general clerical and bookkeeping functions.
